Very nice colleagues and at least for CS a good salery (and until December 2025 Working from abroad plus a much more flexible Home Office Policy)

I must say that until December last year I was very happy too work here. By now I don't feel comfortable to recommend the company since they seem to like too make drastic changes in there policies at the moment and for many people Home Office and working from abroad are super important.

Since December you can feel that the vibe is off thanks too drastic changes in the working from abroad policy plus teased changes regarding the Home Office Policy

Work-Life-Balance

I surely hope that the Home Office policy stays for ALL employees since there is a lot of pressure at the moment regarding this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience so openly. We’re sorry to hear that the atmosphere has felt different for you since December 2025, and that recent discussions and adjustments around flexible work have created uncertainty and pressure.

We understand how important flexibility is—especially when it comes to flexible home office options and working from abroad. That’s why we’d like to clarify that our hybrid working model remains in place, and that working from abroad will continue to be part of our flexible work offering.

At the same time, we take your feedback on communication and change management seriously. Even when updates to policies are necessary, it’s crucial that we communicate the “why” transparently and make space for questions and concerns—so that changes don’t negatively impact trust and team culture.

Thank you as well for highlighting the positive aspects, like the supportive colleagues and competitive compensation in CS.
