With our digital asset management, we have been offering a broad group of investors access to a cost-effective and sustainable ETF-based investment since the beginning of 2016. Our customers can choose between two models: an investment with dynamic risk management and a sustainable investment with smart rebalancing according to equity quota. The latter relies as far as possible on ETFs that invest according to strict SRI criteria. Today, we are already Europe's largest digital asset management company.

Our Neo-Broker opens up the possibility for self-decision makers to trade stocks, ETFs, funds, cryptocurrencies and derivatives and thus compile their own portfolio. The intuitive interface makes securities trading easy and convenient. With a true trading flat rate, the offer is particularly favorable.

For short- and medium-term investment without capital market risk, we also offer access to attractive interest-bearing call money and time deposits from banks within Europe.

Standort

Munich: Our HQ is in Munich, a vibrant European city that´s a growing tech hub. When you´re not working you can try surfing in the famous "Eisbach Welle" around the corner from our office or get to a ski slope in about 45 min.

Berlin: Our office in Berlin is based in a old brewery not far from the Mauerpark where you can find all kind of artists and musicians. Berlin is not only the capital of Germany but also famous for its international crowd and music scene.

London: If your position is based in London, you´ll be working out of Shoreditch, the trendy neighbourhood known for its bustling startup scene, in one of the beautiful offices of "The Boutique Workplace Company"

Zu wenig Gleichbehandlung beim Gehalt, gleiche Stellen werden zum Teil sehr unterschiedlich bezahlt. Junge Arbeitnehmer, die noch nicht viele Erfahrungen mit Gehaltsverhandlungen gemacht haben, benachteiligt das. Eine Gleichbehandlung würde nachträgliche Frustration verhindern.

Wie man mit loyalen und talentierten Menschen umgeht. Einfach absolut enttäuscht von Scalable und ich würde allen talentierten jungen Menschen von Scalable abraten. Hier wird man leider nicht als Mensch wertgeschätzt.
Struggling to retain talent in-house. Quite a bit of employee rotation because it's a fast paced company with ambitious goals and not everyone can cope with that

Salary and benefits are just average. However the company seems to be looking into creating some improvements on this subject.
Das Gehalt ist durchschnittlich, allerdings auch nicht äußerst gut. Erhöhungen sind eher überschaubar.

Salary really depend on how you can negotiate. I knew some really good lamented people who were underpaid and I knew some people got a higher salary just because they had a PhD (in a completely irrelevant field). In general the salary for the software engineers are less than the competitors

Salaries are decent if you negotiate well. Items like bonuses or stock options are not to be discussed. Additional benefits are very underwhelming. From what I gathered the company has the practice of under-compensating prospective employees which shows a lot.

Leider nicht unbedingt fair. Überstunden nicht ausbezahlt und lange Zeit extra Arbeit am Wochenende etc nicht geregelt. Standard nur 26 Urlaubstage???
Alles Kleinigkeiten aber könnte besser sein. Gehalt insgesamt aber okay.
