Developing in the wrong direction
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I really enjoyed working there over the last few years. It was a rewarding and positive experience, especially at a time when the company embraced flexibility through home office and remote working options. That level of trust and adaptability made a real difference to my day-to-day work and allowed me to stay productive while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Recently, remote working was reduced to just 15 days per year and the reasoning behind this change felt rather weak and unconvincing. This is especially disappointing because remote working was one of the aspects that truly made Scalable unique and set it apart as an employer. Losing that flexibility has significantly changed the culture and overall employee experience. Alongside this, the work environment in CS has become noticeably more controlling. Entire workdays are tightly scheduled, with little to no flexibility. Breaks can no longer be taken freely and CS leadership closely monitors daily login and logoff times. Even minor deviations are flagged and require explanation, which has led to a level of micromanagement that feels excessive.
Taken together, these changes give the impression that the company is developing in the wrong direction, moving away from the values that once made it a distinctive and attractive workplace. The company value People is all we got seems to be completely forgotten.
