Enriching internship experience in a welcoming and international environment
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I appreciated the welcoming, international and friendly environment in which I was surronded.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is trainings at the beginning of your internship. You have also the possibility to learn a lot if you show interest and also to be hired and upgrade in your position as I have seen from some of my colleagues who started here as interns.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is a friendly and respectful environment. A lot of cooperation in every project
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor was very pleasant and gave me always feedbacks and insights, showing me appreciation (motivational benefits) for my work
Kommunikation
Clear instructions and I appreciated a lot the availability of my colleagues at any time for feedbacks and further suggestions
Interessante Aufgaben
You have the possibility to take literally part into projects by realizing the final draft of the presentation for a client and taking part into meetings with clients. You can also challenge yourself by working more in German, than in English. Everythig is up to the intern´s interest
