I appreciated the way my colleagues treated me! There are plenty of opportunities to socialize. I read some negative comments of other interns before mine and I really am confused whether they really did an internship in this company. But then I have also seen fellow interns that did not do any effort to be polite or socialize or who did not even say hi in the morning, so it is up to you whether you want to make then most of your internship or not:)
Kommunikation
Communication with interns is always very open and double sided meaning we are given feedback immediately together with the chance to improve during the internship without taking any feedback personally or being defensive but on the contrary learning from the mistakes.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is a respectful atmosphere which is awaited also from the interns of course. Interns Who want to are very easily becoming part of the team.

Hierarchies are flat and there is an open door culture
Interessante Aufgaben
If interns are willing to learn and show motivation and committment, they also receive demanding tasks and Can even participate to client meetings. Tasks are assigned based on the capabilities of the intern and on the learning curve level
