Best for Director+ level. Also works if you have strong presentation creation skills without any concrete results.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Top-Down approach to decisions and ideas
- Too much decision-making power within few individuals

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Money that is put into Management salaries and bonuses (including something called Retention bonuses) can be out to better use. Company claims that employees will not get any regular bonuses since no 'targets' were achieved, and still there is always money to pay fat bonuses, promotions for un-deserving individuals, and even external consultants whose work is technically completed last year.
If senior leadership actually cared about the company, they would stop praising themselves for ideas that do not work in reality. They need to stop planning behind closed doors. Instead, listen to the teams. Give them the space to build solutions that actually last. Talk to the people who DO the work, rather than so-called 'Experts'.
Since the past few years, it feels like every member within the Management is running their own agenda without any clear direction where the company should be headed. First, there was the ill-thought and ill-planned Fit4Future which was a complete disaster. Surprising still is that the previous COO was simply let-go without any penalties and legal action to recoup all the losses created due to his and his cronies (to-be VP SC) oversight to critical details.
Then, under the guise of Refinancing, almost all work to prepare for a solid future and provide some strong foundations was stopped.
some key management persons consider themselves to be experts in areas. you show revenue figures, without showing the reality of how you reached those numbers - how much money did you burn to achieve that revenue? show those numbers as well and make yourself accountable.
