Dear former employee,

first of all, thank you for taking time to share your open and honest feedback with us. We respect feedback, especially when it is not particularly positive. As a fast-growing and dynamic company, our learning curve is shaped by direct and constructive feedback in many areas and we are convinced that improvements are only possible where open dialogue takes place.

In the communication with our teams, we try to consider and include the concerns and feedback of our employees, not only in terms of remuneration, but naturally it is not always possible to fulfil all wishes. In general, we see a very strong bond among our colleagues, which is created and strengthened by the challenging and passionate work to establish the European Rating Agency.
