Interesting work, appreciation and good communication. It is supportive and leaves employees with a feeling of satisfaction.
Since the company works in a tough competitive environment and there are not hundreds of people ready and waiting, you have to go the extra mile sometimes. But that's all right.
Those who want to develop can develop. The company develops the individual and also teams. A guideline is exisiting.
There are always companies that pay better. But money is not everything. The company makes an effort and reviews performance and pay every year.
What is possible and sensible is done. It would be desirable if more travellers in Europe used the train or purchased CO2 certificates for their flights. Not as a company, but if you want to fly as a person, you should pay for it yourself.

There are some deficits in the Board's communication. Department and unit managers go to great lengths to speak fairly and openly with their teams.
Transparent and clear.
Despite its size (medium-sized), the company does a lot to promote diversity. It fully accepts diversity and supports different lifestyles. The company does not judge different views.
There are some smart and interesting people working there, they tend to leave very quickly though.
Where to start?
- The quality of the work is suffering, because there is not enough time for each project.

Everything is very well organized. The atmosphere is ideal and everyone is very friendly and communicative.
It is an amazing place with lots of growth opportunities both personal and professional.
Due to the rapid growth of the company, lots of changes occur in short spans which makes stability trickier.
Plus: Welcoming colleagues and working atmosphere, always feeling involved in any process.
Con: The office is a little bit cold during the winter.
Bei Scope wird Wert auf Aufrichtigkeit, Teamwork und gute Beziehungen gelegt. Als Mitarbeiter*in fühlt man sich unglaublich wertgeschätzt, nicht nur wegen des liebevollen Umgangs unter den Kollegen und Kolleginnen, sondern auch wegen der großen Verantwortung, die einem vom ersten Tag an übertragen wird. Bei Scope gibt es immer etwas Neues zu lernen und es ist wichtig, dass die Mitarbeiter in ihren Stärken und Fähigkeiten bestärkt werden und sich beruflich, aber auch persönlich weiterentwickeln. Ich habe mich im Team sofort wohl gefühlt und das Engagement und die Produktivität der anderen hat mich auch in meiner täglichen Arbeit angespornt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die offene Kommunikationskultur im Team und die gegenseitige Unterstützung. Für mich waren es die Menschen und die interne Arbeitsstruktur und Arbeitsweise, die meine Zeit bei Scope so besonders machten.
Dynamischer Arbeitgeber, der durch noch wachsende Strukturen einiges an Flexibilität für die eigene Rolle bietet. Neben dem Tagesgeschäft gibt es immer Projekte, die den Horizont erweitern können.

Be willing to shed the widespread military mindset change corporate culture to employee-centric. Lift pretended employee friendliness from marketing level to reality. Best example: incentive scheme that has not earned this designation (loooong term, but not for leavers, and there are loads). Stop uneconomic hire and fire, instead focus on excellence in recruiting (and yes, excellent people have their price). Replace those managers responsible for all of the above. Start by having female executive directors, better on C-level. And start to listen at all.
Great company with very interesting exposure.
The work place could be much more modern.
All good so far. Have been there since mid october and I love it!
I'm glad home office was possible (even mandatory at some points), that way I could arrange my numerous medical appointments easily!
