there is great camaraderie within the teams and people of the company.

Kommunikation

Particularly is bad at communicating for a company who preaches it. They take decisions behind closed doors and then its like surprise we have made these changes with no further explanation at times. They panic over competition and have contributed nowhere in improving the product they have with all their yearly restructuring.

the undergo restructuring like every year now and keep repeating the same old patterns as if they have forgotten lessons from the older restructure. Every new superior comes with their own set of ideas and changes things each time drastically which btw has failed each time as well.
