Scout values work-life balance and this really pays off, as people are focused and motivated during the daily meetings. Working structures are very flexible, there is a great feedback culture and open information flow.
Scout is for me an example of a company that cares for employees as well as for social causes. As employees, we are encouraged to grow during optional trainings, meetups and conferences, some hosted in-house, one of the upcoming ones is the Accessibility Conference.
It feels awesome to have so many friendly, highly skilled and socially aware co-workers, I met people who have been working here for more than 5 or even 10 years. Office dogs are a huge plus.
Scout supports `diversity in Tech` by hosting meetups on this topic and spreading awareness inside and outside the company, there is even a dedicated group caring for diversity to monitor the current state and suggesting initiatives.
