I work fully from home. The remote setup works very well: we coordinate via Slack, have regular online meetings, and the team is always easy to reach. For my tracking role this is ideal, because I can work in a very focused way and still stay closely aligned with the team. The working conditions for remote work are very good. Communication via Slack is fast and straightforward, and my colleagues and managers are responsive when questions come up. With clients, we mainly use Google Meet and Slack, which keeps collaboration efficient and transparent.
