Stop hiring people without having tasks for them. Be clear about what you want and involve the ones responsible for realising the tasks/requirements in the process early onwards. Stop overloading BI with tasks - people will burn out!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Good in the beginning, but then my department/team was quite isolated from the rest of the company. This leads to badly refined requirements causing trouble in realising projects & frustration since things are overthrown on a daily basis
Kommunikation
Good within the team, but direct communication to other departments is missing and also direct communication to the ones who plan/lay the roadmap is missing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
best within the team, as there is no contact to the rest of the company, I cannot put values in for that
Work-Life-Balance
Startup - stressful. Missing communication and adhoc jumping from quick-fix to quick-fix leads to extra workload, which is actually unnecessary and could be avoided, if ppl were clear about what they want and would listen to the ones who have the expertise in how to do it

no head of the department. Intransparency in levels above head & missing communication. At highest level you can see the will to improve this but for me leaving it was too late
Interessante Aufgaben
In the beginning I thought "yes, a lot of different tasks". Right now I think the company does not need a software engineering department at all
