main feedback: the email to provide feedback comes from Softgarden, asking to provide feedback on employment. there is no word of serviceplan or plan.net in the email title. i almost overlooked it as spam.

on boarding is good. colleagues and atmosphere good, although too few women in leading positions. the argument that others are even worse off is not a valid argument.

offices are old. not representative or nice to work in.

biggest issue around salaries is not compensation itself. skill and level mapping is not existent though so people with extremely different skill levels have the same salary and level which is wildly frustrating. overall compensation around plan.net group not aligned with organizational goals
