Tbh, they're fair. We just got multiple new brands and they're really busy. But we have appreciation ticket station. And almost after every project, they're not forgetting to send a small ticket for us :)
Work-Life-Balance
It is what it is. This is advertising. And to be fair, it's in our hands to keep the balance. Our company has the "special leave" system. And it allows us to take a deep breath through all the briefings.
Gehalt/Benefits
When it is well-deserved, they're paying for it definitely. Also we get yearly money from CICC system. Also nice.

Even though sometimes stress can cause problems in every work place, overall, we are eating lunch all together happily like a family.

No one can talk about each-other's salary, so I cannot answer if they're paid well. But they're getting respected. And if the quality of the work is good and the promotion is deserved, then they are surely giving what people deserve.

They're always trying to give valid feedback whenever they find time.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The agency is really loud (HoC). The office area is usually quiet. Not enough chat boxes or meeting rooms available. BUT this is not caused by SeM.
Kommunikation
Every week, our employers telling us about how the meeting went with the client, how are we doing in general as the company. They are well informing us. It's nice to keep in touch.

I mean our CEO is a successful woman, we are DIVERSED.
Interessante Aufgaben
LITERALLY EVERY TASK WE HAVE RIGHT NOW IS SO GOOD. They promised us to wait a bit, and it worth it!
