Verbesserungsvorschläge

The interview process started normally but quickly revealed severe disorganization.

I invested approximately three hours across three separate rounds, including a 2 technical rounds.

The internal chaos became apparent when HR failed/forgot to send the calendar invite for the final round to me.

I received an email and a call asking me from the interview partners why I hadn't joined the meeting?

“Well well… because I was never invited to” which forced us to reschedule.

During the final round, the Director explicitly promised a definitive update by the start of the following week.

That deadline passed with total silence.

Suggestions for Improvements:

- Implement basic calendar management
and tracking systems so candidates do not fall through the cracks.

- If you require candidates to invest hours into a multi-round process, the absolute bare minimum is timely, professional feedback, within this AI and automation Era its very easy to automate this and offer candidates a pleasant experience.

- Do not make promises regarding feedback timelines that the leadership team has no intention of keeping.

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to share this.

The invite for that round never reached you was a technical glitch in our software, which is why you got a surprise call about a meeting you knew nothing about. Not the impression we want to make, and we're sorry for the confusion.

On feedback: you're right that people put real hours into a process, and hearing nothing afterwards is frustrating. That's exactly why we'd rather not send the automated, one-size-fits-all AI generated kind. We see feedback as something worth doing properly, so we offer a real conversation instead, honest and direct, which is also what we offered you. That invitation still stands if you'd like to take us up on it.

Best,
People & Culture Team
