Currently not a lot of opportunity that is laid out for growth in the company - roles are often focused on external candidates, not a lot of education/training/structured development.

Not really any benefits at the moment, I feel I'm compensated well for my role.

This could be improved - goals aren't perfectly communicated in the company. More could be transparent in terms of the budget, the presentations could be more clear. They have room to grow here.
Gleichberechtigung
Hiring is diverse - different sexualities, religions, skin colour, nationalities. At the top level it is predominantly white German men, which is why I cannot give it 5 stars.
