The company gives you the feeling that you have to be available 24/7 and you feel bad if you didn’t check your phone or emails in the weekend.

Missing leadership & mistrusting. If you didn’t screw up you won’t get any feedback. Not interesting in you as a person and only focussed on looking good in front of others

Loud, noisy, dirty office with horrible layout. Too many people are crammed in one place and not enough meeting room. Really hot during the summer and no fresh air, cheap chairs and the tables are probably from IKEA
