In my experience, the communication style of management was sometimes direct and demanding. Additionally, I observed a tendency towards close supervision (“micromanagement”), which at times limited flexibility in daily tasks

In my view, there is potential for improvement in the communication of upper management, especially concerning modern work requirements. I have witnessed individual colleagues reporting on rather loud and emotional discussions in meetings, which makes me, as an observer, reflect on the situation.

I perceived the work atmosphere as mediocre. Fairness and trust from supervisors were lacking, with more micromanagement and stressful communication. However, it is significantly better among peers.

During my time there and also after I left, I noticed that the company is viewed critically within the industry, which can be attributed to certain managers and their behavior.

The conditions are generally quite good. You can have a Mac or a Windows PC. On the negative side, the extremely outdated company phones are really not great.

The salary is actually okayish. However, it always depends on the position one holds. It's just normal.
