We have learned a lot, especially in the last month's. Even where hard choices had to be made, due to the fast growth and delayed revue in the volatile macro economic climate. A lot of care was taken when we to company had to make these choices. They even seemed to take care of people beyond their employed teams.

Need to watch yourself a bit, but the company does allow for this. People can easily take a day to recover. Including female employees who experience harder monthly challenges. Unlimited Holiday is contracted across all employees.

We have a young leadership team, this led to a few learnings, but they are very open for constructive feedback. They also show how they have taken these learnings to hart.
