Hello dear former colleague,

Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed evaluation after leaving sidion.

It's nice to read that you enjoyed the team events. Every year, sidion holds two large company parties and various smaller team events to maintain the sidion teamspirit.
We are also pleased that you have positively perceived equal rights and the treatment of older colleagues at sidion. Even in the hiring process, openness and tolerance are important prerequisites that we place on new employees in order to maintain these aspects at all times.

We very much regret that you perceived the communication and the behavior of your superiors in such a negative way. It is very important to us to ensure an honest and trusting working environment. Be it through annual employee appraisals, our "Paten- &
Mentorenkonzept" in the onboarding or by the always open door of our HR department. We would be pleased if you could tell us in more detail what led to your dissatisfaction. Please contact us at personal@sidion.de.

Our work is not 100% remote. We leave it up to the employees themselves whether they want to come to one of our three offices in Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Munich or whether they want to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.
