Better communication from the bigger management to the smaller management. This would help to understand some decisions better.
Better air ventilation in summer for the labs and production.

In the team itself the atmosphere is great. I have a lovely team, we even do stuff together outside of work. Always up for cracking a joke and helpful if I need help.
General atmosphere is also good, sometimes change in plans happen quite quickly, so being quick on your feet in terms of thinking good.
Kommunikation
Good communication in the team. Half of my team sits in Estonia, so we communicate a lot through teams, but this works actually.
Open communication also with my manager, we have weekly 1:1 where you can discuss any problems or ideas you have.
Sometimes I wish the bigger managers would more communicate some reasons behind some decisions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Like I mentioned before, we have an amazing team. Always fun working with them and great team work. If someone needs help, you can always find people who will help you.

This is 4/5 as sometimes the work is a lot and fast pace so flexibility is required. But also managed to take shorter days if needed, so it is balancing out.

It is company that wants to reduce CO2 emissions, would be great if there was a way to do better with the waste in the company. Proper separation of the waste. Beside that I feel I do something good with my work to help to reduce CO2 emissions.
