Chaotic management with questionable practices

Nice people overall, poorly managed and scattered around the globe. Cost cutting on all social events, no company benefits.
Kommunikation
Decisions are made with little to no announcement - an entire office was closed, giving people 14 days to relocate their lives.
Management will undermine your decisions and not communicate this to you, you will be left dumbfounded.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is ambiguous, your colleagues will step in to help you - only to cover the mistakes being done up top.
Work-Life-Balance
Word of advice to anyone coming here in the future: do not expect them to give you quarter. Take what you are owed.

Misleading, rude and absolutely not people oriented. Would sell their own mother for a buck.
Interessante Aufgaben
Lots of cool things to do, really interesting small company with expanding potential (albeit they might not be around much longer)
Gleichberechtigung
decent amount of women in leading positions. Did see a woman being promoted only for them to put a man between her and management on top so they would not have to deal with her.

Most people are young, but did not witness any bad behaviour on this frontier.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company HQ is separate from the production sites, which are all very remote. The business practices are questionable at best. They do put a lot on safety though.

A lot of greenwashing, though the overall goal is noble.

Ok pay, virtually no benefits for employees and within my short time there even those were being eradicated.

People do not seem to be too happy with the practices of the company as of late. They often refer to the "golden age" a few years ago.

Definite potential to learn and expand
