Modern workplace. Many nationalities in the company. Global work culture, and really my colleagues were the best people.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No system, no respect towards employees, no good management, Employees are considered just resources and no humanity.

I would say, employees are the biggest assets of the company. This is not taken into account at all. People need to understand that and especially (Top Management)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I would say that, the company is in chaos. No process, no structure at all. Everyone is doing whatever they like doing. Good part is that - huge exposure to all the departments and huge learning benefits. But due to lack of good management and employee retention skills, this is a complete disaster.
Gleichberechtigung
Favoritism does exist in here. People who are sweet are more preferred rather than ones who actually work.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working spaces are clean and tidy.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary and career is OK. But the marketing guys are excellent at their job. No one does marketing like they do.
