Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As mentioned in the header, I really appreciate that it is a people‑first company that always strives to find the best path for both the employee and the organization. The flexibility and freedom you have here is something I’ve never experienced in any of my previous companies. The work‑life balance is truly excellent, and the salary is very good. I also enjoy the many events (both official and informal after‑work gatherings) that bring colleagues closer together.

Verbesserungsvorschläge
In some areas, I would wish for a bit more independence from our American "headquarters’ rules", as they limit us in a few aspects here in Germany.
