Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I liked the people with whom I worked.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Continuous unexpected lay offs;
- Top down culture where employee's opinions doesn't matter;
- Unclear performance review based on personal preferences;
- Absense of career oportunities;
- Employee's feedback to managment is not welcomed;
- Very unflexible position about working from home, CEO wants to see everyone at the office.

- Trust the people whom you've hired;
- Accept your mistakes;
- Be ready to unplesent feeback;
- Learn about "Candid Communication";
- Add flexibility to the work/home releated policies;
- Respect the people whom you've hired - they know their stuff;
- Less micromanagment and more freedom.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

I think the atmosphere is toxic. Mostly because of the communication style which the managment uses. Also unexpected lay offs happen very often, it doesn't matter if you passed the probation period or not - you can get fired. Top down culture where employees opinion doesn't matter. Employees feedback is not really welcomed especially if the feedback chalanges the managment. The provider of such a feedback may be laid off.

The turn over is quite high so it says a lot about the image. A lot of people would quit if they had another job offer.

Work-Life-Balance

The managment wants you to work more and overtime mostly because it's always chaos and and the company can't meet the deadlines. The key question here if you allow them to do it or not.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The company is quite reserved about everything besides the job itself so don't expect a lot of additional learning activities.

Gehalt/Benefits

The more you get during offer negatiation the better. Don't expect to have a raise later. The salary raise policy is unclear and it's very based on personal preferences.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

I don't remember any related activity during my time there.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Usual team spirit. Don't expect a lot. The team is the best what they have in this company.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The managment ususally sets unrealistic goals and doesn't meet the deadlines. It's always in chaos state. Everything happens on the fly.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Work conditions are very basic, used equipment, don't expect modern and new equipment. It's likely that you request of any modern equipment will be rejected.

Kommunikation

You will be invited to quite mediocre All hands meets with CEO where you will be notified that some of your colleages were laid off and why. Sometimes the CEO talks about some results. Sometimes all together.

Gleichberechtigung

A lot of things in the company are based on the personal preferences.

Interessante Aufgaben

Not really. Very boring job. You don't usually understand what you are supposed to do. The managment doesn't seem to want you to understand what should be done.

Das angenehme Arbeitsumfeld, die interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben, die direkte Kommunikation sowie das Vertrauen/Eigenverantwortung in den Mitarbeiter.

Schöne Büro-, Meeting und Pausenräume. Nette Kollegen und allgemein ein sehr angenehmes Arbeitsklima!
Zudem werden Obst, Kaffe, Tee sowie Wasser für alle Mitarbeiter kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es erfolgt zwischen den Kollegen und der Geschäftsführung immer eine direkte und respektvolle Kommunikation. Zudem ist die Kommunikation locker und humorvoll.
