Verbesserungsvorschläge

REAL SCAM

The recruitment process needs major improvements in professionalism, transparency, and communication.

* **Stop rushing candidates:** The entire process felt rushed. I was told that the final HR round had to be completed quickly because HR was going on vacation. Internal scheduling problems should not create pressure for candidates.

* **Respect candidates' availability:** Interviews were scheduled mainly based on the company's convenience, with little flexibility to reschedule when I was unavailable.

* **Be transparent about interview tasks:** In the final round, I was asked to design an architecture, and once I completed it, a picture was taken. This gave me the uncomfortable impression that candidates' ideas and expertise might be collected without a clear explanation of how the work would be used. Candidates should not feel like they are providing free consulting or architectural solutions during an interview.

* **Communicate after the final round:** After investing significant time and completing the final interview, I received no response or feedback. Once the company had received everything requested during the interview, communication stopped.

**Overall, my experience was highly concerning and made me question the genuine purpose of the recruitment process. I would advise candidates to be cautious before investing significant time and sharing detailed technical ideas or architecture designs.**

Bewerbungsfragen

  • The company urgently needs to improve the professionalism, transparency, and fairness of its recruitment process. My overall experience left me with serious concerns, and I would strongly advise other candidates to carefully consider whether they want to invest their time and effort in this process.
  • The entire interview process felt extremely rushed. I was told that the HR round needed to be completed quickly because the HR representative was going on vacation. Internal scheduling issues should not be transferred to candidates or used as a reason to rush important interview stages.
  • The interview scheduling was also highly inconvenient and inflexible. Interviews seemed to be arranged based solely on the company's availability. When I was unable to attend at a particular time, there was little willingness to accommodate or reschedule. Despite my difficulties, I ultimately attended because I felt pressured by the process.
  • My biggest concern was the final interview. I was asked to design and draw a software architecture, and after completing it, a picture of my work was taken. This made me uncomfortable and gave me the strong impression that the company might be collecting ideas and architectural solutions from candidates without clearly explaining how these exercises would be used. Candidates should never leave an interview wondering whether their time and professional expertise were being used as free consulting work.
  • What made the experience even more concerning was the complete lack of communication afterwards. Once the final interview and architecture exercise were completed, I received no meaningful response or follow-up. From a candidate's perspective, this creates a very negative impression: significant effort is requested, ideas are shared, and then communication simply stops.
  • Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this recruitment process. The lack of professionalism, rushed scheduling, inflexibility, unclear purpose of the technical exercise, and absence of follow-up created an experience that felt highly questionable and, frankly, made me question the genuine intention behind the recruitment process.
  • My recommendation to the company: Be transparent, respect candidates' time, clearly explain how interview exercises will be used, do not pressure candidates because of internal scheduling issues, and always provide a final response after asking candidates to invest substantial time and expertise.
