The employer demonstrates strong empathy and employee oriented leadership. She actively listens to employees’ concerns, values their well being, and responds thoughtfully and fairly.
The working atmosphere is excellent. The office is well equipped, and I always feel happy and motivated to come to work.
The work life balance is really good. The flexibility at SOFHA helps me manage my home responsibilities comfortably while staying productive at work.
Compensation is competitive for the Berlin market, and salary distribution appears fair and transparent.
In my department, the cohesion is very strong. We work collaboratively and ensure that no one is left out of important or useful information sharing
Older Employees are treated with lot of respect and appreciation.
My superiors are very kind, honest, and supportive. Whenever something is unclear to me, they always take the time to explain it patiently without showing any frustration.
Office is well equipped with great working conditions.
There is clear and effective communication among colleagues.
Although I am new to the company, I have observed a strong sense of equality and fairness between men and women, along with promising opportunities for career development.

Mal so, mal so
-Equal treatment regardless of your background.
-Good settling benefits especially when you are new to Berlin for ex help with finding accommodation etc.
-Free German courses.
Advancing to newer technologies faster.
It is great. Very much international.
You are not forced to do overtime.
With respect.
Employees are from all part of the world and all are treated equally.
The Work atmosphere encourages learning and Team-work
The work time is flexible and that supports Work Life Balance for me
I think the teams in Sofha work in cohesion
The team has diverse composition of employee
I find the numerous DFE topics interesting areas to learn for work that makes fun.
feel relaxing but have the motivation
have benfits for commuting and for sports
friendly and helpful colleagues
quite friendly
colleagues are friendly and easy to talk with
have people from different countries
Only one person in the whole company who can develop software by modern standards.
If you are a junior developer or tester then you will feel alone.
The people are treated differently and not fairly.
You will not learn anything there except for what you need to look out for in your next job interview.
You get only paid well, if you're a freelancer.
Alternatively, you write so terrible code that no one but you can maintain it and then you can basically request any salary you want.
Looking at what I had to work with, it's quite clear that the highest paid people did this over several years.
The best thing in this company is that they are supporting you in moving to Berlin and finding a flat. Use that, stay in the company for 6 months and then leave.
All PCs are always turned on. All printers are always turned on. Lots of printing to then just throw the paper away.
That's the business there.
Company tries to counter this by supporting the employees in buying bikes but no one really believes that this is for climate reasons as the persons having decided that drive really energy inefficient vehicles.
The higher up the superiors are, the more they behave strange.
Many things rather outdated. Software, hardware, everything.
A ping-pong table in a small room does not cut it.
Dirty floors and walls with stains everywhere.
Dogs in the rooms - not everyone likes them and it's not possible to complain about that because one of the dogs is owned by a superior.
People with allergies not saying a word because it's impossible to discuss this (or rather anything at all) with the related superiors.
Lots of talking but saying nothing.
Females are treated better than males. My personal experience was that for females every excuse was allowed to not keep the schedule, come late to work, or deliver terrible results.
They have basically only three products. Neither the industry for which the products are developed for is interesting nor the way these products are developed and tested. Two of these products are over 10 years old and it shows.
At Diversity and penchant for excellence
Nothing really
Wouldn’t change a thing.
not bad. Not bad. can’t get stressed here for sure.
Everyone says good things about the company.
this is probably the best you will get. The management takes work-life balance . So I think you should too. Vacations are flexible
Most people ride their bike to work. Employees are socially aware, and the company also care about the climate and are working towards even reducing use of paper.
well, this is also ok. People tend to get along when working together
They are really nice, and quite funny too. Age is not a barrier for being hired. And old employees are equally valued
like every organization, you have a mix of both nice and not so nice supervisors. But at top Management level, the Leadership is close to perfect
Good. Probably a 7.5/10
this is also quite good. The internal communication mechanism is good and open. You are not kept in the dark
This is relative. Good for me.
oh, Yes of course. Afterall, a woman is the current CEO. So women are not disadvantaged in anyway at sofha
this is relative. What I find interesting may bore you, and vice versa. But workload is usually evenly distributed, and you are free to make suggestions and contributions
3 - 4 Personen in jedem Büro.
So verdient kununu Geld.
