Am besten ist definitiv der gesamte Umgang miteinander und die Wertschätzung, die jeder Einzelne erfährt. Keiner ist einfach nur Arbeitspferd sondern wird als Individuum mit Stärken und Schwächen akzeptiert.

Das Unternehmen ist in einem Nischenmarkt tätig und macht ausschließlich B2B-Geschäfte, daher ist es wenig bekannt. Ich habe bei verschiedenen Gelegenheiten festgestellt, dass meine Kollegen - genauso wie ich - stolz auf SOFHA sind und Freunden von den guten Arbeitsbedingungen und dem tollen Betriebsklima vorschwärmen.
Auf persönliche Termine wird fast immer Rücksicht genommen. Der Urlaubswunschtermin wird fast immer akzeptiert. Einige Mitarbeiter sind jedoch öfter gefordert, allerdings eigentlich immer freiweillig, Überstunden zu machen. Dies betrifft jedoch nicht meine Abteilung.
Ich selbst habe schon mehrere Karrieresprünge hinter mir. Seit Neuestem gibt es die Möglichkeit, Karrierepläne/Verantwortlichkeiten für sich selbst vorzuschlagen und damit sich selbst, als auch das Team voranzubringen. Die Steps zur Zielerreichung werden realistisch geplant und bei Zielerreichung gibt es Boni oder Gehaltserhöhungen, was ich besonders befürworte, da jeder seine Talente am besten einschätzen kann und einem auf diese Weise nichts aufgepfropft wird.
Die Gehälter liegen auf jeden Fall über dem Durchschnitt im Vergleich zu Positionen mit vergleichbarem Background. Regelmäßig gibt es ein zusätzliches Gehalt als Sonderprämie, weil wir so gut arbeiten und wirtschaften.
Der Kollegenzusammenhalt ist super. Man unterstützt sich und springt füreinander ein.
Die Vorgesetzten sind meistens beherrscht, gelassen und freundlich. Die Zeitpläne sind manchmal unrealistisch. Entscheidungen werden aber nachvollziehbar erklärt und auch diskutiert.
Die Arbeitsbedingungen sind sehr gut. Wer Interesse hatte, hat einen motorgetriebenen, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch bekommen. Die Software und PCs sind auf dem allerneuesten Stand der Technik. Auf Nachfrage werden Neuanschaffungen in der Regel positiv entschieden.
Alle 3 Monate finden Mitarbeiterversammlungen statt, auf denen alle über den Finanzstatus informiert werden sowie mittelfristige und langfristige Ziele kommuniziert werden.

Better evaluation of employees and better insentives to keep employees motivated would be nice.
The Administration staff is super helpful. CEO is very friendly and always available to discuss any matter. These two things makes you feel very comfortable to work in this company.
The good and honest connection between the team members and the management. The modern approaches of the top management to cover the demands of the future regarding work / live balance and the funny and smart colleagues. Everyone is very engaged and supportive.

My colleagues are treating me very friendly and respectful. Everyone takes care not to disturb the others.
Most of my work I can plan and organize myself. 3 days per week can be done from home office which allows me to be very flexible when I need to take care of the kids at the same time. I can postpone work to the late hours and everyone will understand the situation. Colleagues are willing to accommodate me whenever possible and vice versa and of course also the top management is supporting such kind of flexibility.
I think there is a lot of room for personal and professional development. I do feel supported a lot if I make a proposal. However, as we are a fairly small team, there is no such thing as regular standardized feedback system. Instead I am asked to take over more responsibility on a frequent basis, but I am not forced to do it if I have the feeling that it does not fit my strenghths 100%.

The CEO is really nice and always answers my questions or proposals at the latest after 2 days. I have the feeling that there is a lot of competence and personal engagement which you do not find so often. The management team as a whole is conscious, reliable and supportive. Only one has a somewhat arrogant attitude from time to time and no good manners but I can mostly avoid him/her.
The hard- and software is updated regularly. PC is super fast and new. We have a nice place to meet for a lunch break and a good private chat. I love the historical industrial architecture of this site, and can feel the history with every breath.
Some of my team members are not as precise in communication as I would like them to be, but with the right questions I get the core information anyway.
I have learned a lot and professional growths is ongoing.
Offenheit & Fairness
Wirklich schwierig, mir fällt nichts ein :-)
Vielleicht wenn möglich eine kleinere Kernzeit, z.B. 11:00 - 15:00 aber auch die Bereitschaft der Belegschaft je nach Projektstand und nötiger Überlappung zwischen Kollegen selber freiwillig wieder überlappender zu Arbeiten.
Wird von der Administration gepflegt und liegt jedem am Herzen.
Home Office möglich, kurzfristige Urlaubsvorhaben können gemeinsam besprochen werden.
Förderung von E-Mobilität, ÖPN und Fahrrädern
Teams sind der Kern des Erfolges.
Fair, offen bzgl. der Gesamtlage, Problemen, Wünschen...
JIRA, Slack und einfach mal quatschen...
