Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I worked at Softgarden E-Recruiting GmbH for several years in the software development division. During my time there, I experienced a strong team culture, supportive managers, and excellent work–life balance.

After leaving the company, however, I encountered an issue that has been difficult to resolve. I have been requesting an important employment-related document that I still have not received, despite multiple follow-ups. I understand that HR departments can be busy, but clearer communication or guidance would have been appreciated and that is why I am changing my review as it shows how the company has lost its value.
