Other than Energy industry from my recent experience hierarchy not upto the mark of inspirational.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- evaluating candidates - ill Feedback/review policy, Less constructive discussions, - less effective impact decisions or problem solving - non-international mindset, team - Hierarchy discussions are not fruitful or less professional -did'nt receive a knowledgeable response about firm products from an experienced professional - regarding company values and vision were not conveyed in a satisfactory manner. - career growth opportunities less reflexive because feels no motivation from team or hierarchy colleagues - Considering "we paid you know" kind of mindset - Ineffective moral/growth/motivational/enthusiastic team leads - Don't knowing scope of work/practising changes/improvement areas/knowledgeable/professional answering

Make your communication clear in team & meetings for expectations
Have multiple rounds of constructive discussions for improvements, gaps,Feedback - Have trainings, evaluations - Interviews should involve current working colleagues in the team and ask questions on Problem solving ,Scenarios , Design, Troubleshoot, Scalability, Provisioning, Enhancements ...etc not only the head of department makes the decision.
Now being part as global player status improve your team/organisation mindset as international workplace. - increase your vision/value to be better workplace with people to join having international mindset. - Consider Feedback as two way process to give and receive - Consider candidates come for your and their growth also in an organisation.
