It´s funny how every time they promise- communication will get better, but it actually gets worse. Even of you think that´s not possible anymore, they proove you wrong.
Gleichberechtigung
So leadership is mostly middle aged white men. Or women behaving like men, not sure if that counts. But if you make the right friends, everything looks very colorful and fair.

They were promised, but in the end there is nothing interesting about it. But still can be fun.
