There is no SoSafe-Way to do things. I am not sure if it is a negative thing, to be honest, because it makes you choose/select what suits you the best. But for certain things there should be a fixed solution just to avoid ambiguity for everyone

very good. There is a lot of information going around and everything will be explained to everyone beforehand and in detail. Very Transparent

this one is one of the best aspects of working at SoSafe. One can ask anyone and everyone. Everyone is ready for a small chit chat and talk about work-related or even family related topics.
Work-Life-Balance
The possibility to have an option to work from home, attend the unexpected appointments, and above all 33 holidays per year are very encouraging
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I haven't seen any old colleagues as we are somehow all young- so somehow this question doesnt relate to SoSafe
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I cannot decide on this as well- still haven't seen enough myself but I have seen a lot of colleagues getting higher positions.
