Interviewer represented the company culture poorly and appeared unprofessional.

Interview process would be better shortened to 2 interviews from 3, include the test in the face to face interview. I also a phone interview first not a video chat so first impressions can be made on experience and answers only. The interviewer suggested 3 months was a long time to hold a job and left other negative impressions such as the company requiring someone that knew the Berlin Alternative music scene to fit in with other employees which feels a bit limiting.
Also my feedback email was a template reply "[insert tailored feedback from the phone screen here]" no feedback was given, this is very unprofessional considering the efforts we make to apply to SoundCloud and the expectations of the company requiring a voice recording, degrees etc for an entry level position. In my interview it was even asked why I wanted an entry level job with my experience and wouldn't I get bored. Which seems insulting to the position and my choices to go for it. So questions could maybe be phrased better.
