In 6 months I almost didn't have stress. The company until now doesn't stress the coworkers. Interesting tasks don't come everyday but they are always willing to implement new features. What I really liked from this company is that as a database developer I didn't have to solve many bugs as by other companies. I spent the most of my time developing new features.

There are many women in high positions and many women in general but maybe I am not the right person to talk about that as I am a man

There are some coworkers older than 45 and they are really good

The computers are new and really fast. You can select windows or linux, use a mac if you want, etc. The salaries from my point of view for IT are really good

Now the coworkers have the possibility to order plants for free. I got my bonsai some months ago

The general opinion is very good or it is what I have heard. Of course there are also persons who complain but maybe those persons didn't work at other companies in Germany...

The working process is changing and the developers will work as full stack ones. It will bring a great possibility to learn new technologies.
