Good understanding of the product and market. Great place to grow professionally and personally. Competitive salaries and benefits.

The People Team (HR) was poorly managed. Many people feeling burned out and timid to make mistakes since expectations were unclear if not unreasonable. Can't speak to the culture and management of other departments.

The company should require employees to count hours and prevent people from being overworked.

I experienced a lot of trust and respect until the pressure became too much for some people and things turned into 'dog eat dog' in certain teams.

Kommunikation

As we grew, my team found it really hard to slow down to give feedback, focus, and just breathe. Manager training was missing in this case, and the team suffered because of it.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I feel there is loads of trust and respect for everyone. Even cross-teams regularly reach out to get to know each other better.

Work-Life-Balance

We were told people won't be seen as machines, but anytime I raised my hand for help and explained how many hours I was working, it was politely shut down and I never got any meaningful support.

Managers are not trained well on how and when to give feedback.

I was always learning new things (especially because the company is growing so much), which is really interesting and important to me.

Unsure, but I felt like different nationalities and cultures were respected, and that women were represented at most levels of the organization.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office in Berlin is SO spacious - lots of light, great coffee, free fruit, etc. We work on NEW laptops, the company is very generous when it comes to outfitting your work space (both remote and in office).

I felt everyone was passionate about the product and how it’s growing improving. I think it's a great company.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There was communication about what I want out of my career until my manager changed … At the end, if it weren't for the unreasonable expectations and unpaid overtime, I think I could have stayed and enjoyed growing with the company for a long time.
