State Street is aggressivelly outsourcing to India Poland and low cost locations. The communication is very poor and the way they are promoting people is very political. They have recently laid off 300 people and looking to lay off more workforce .

you are removing all small benefits (even a weekly fruit basket) because of saving money. How are you expecting that the best talents are staying there. The offices are getting boring.
