Arbeitsbedingungen
The newly renovated offices are a good place to work and reflect current developments in the working culture. The company provides you with a home office setup which is really nice as well. Well equipped kitchens and amenities can also be found everywhere. Theres free snacks, drinks (huge selection) and fruits available. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that some departments are equipped better than the other.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The wage is definitely only average at best, but at least there are quick opportunities for career advancement.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Especially this year there is a lot of focus on retaining the workforce by offering career development plans and further education for everyone.
