Took a while and required immense discussions, but Work from Home is now here to stay. However, vacation must be planned / taken at certain times.

New reality: Hire & Fire. If you're no good in their eyes or don't suit them, you're quickly replaced.

There is a lot to do, but more and more people tell you how to do things. Micro-management from the C-level directly to the team.

It seems like many of your points of criticism have their root in changes that were made this year. We would like to talk to you in more detail about what exactly caused you to not be happy with Statista anymore and to find out what we can do better. A "hire & fire culture", as you call it in your assessment, is very untypical for Statista and we would therefore like to get to the bottom of this statement and your further criticism in order to find out where there is a need for action on our part.
