The way employees are treated during difficult phases does not match the publicly communicated claim of appreciation and ‘people first’.
Decision-making processes are often opaque, short-term and insufficiently explained.
HR processes such as offboarding, reference management and internal communication appear uncoordinated and sluggish — there is a lack of professionalism and reliability here.
Unfortunately, statements and actual practice too often diverge, which makes it difficult to build trust and identification.

Offboarding processes should be implemented in a more professional, transparent and binding manner. Clear communication channels, comprehensible timelines and reliable feedback would avoid a great deal of potential conflict here.
Internal communication — especially in the event of organisational changes — needs to be clearer and less surprising.
Managers should receive more training on how to treat employees with respect and appreciation in challenging situations.

The team spirit among colleagues, at least at the same hierarchical level, is excellent. Team leads or higher-ups act in a patronising manner rather than being supportive.

I loved the activities and tasks I did. Towards the end, however, nothing was appreciated anymore.

"We believe in life-long learning" used to be a credo, now training is only provided to increase team efficiency. My opportunities for further development were actively blocked by my supervisor.
