- Flexibility in when you work your hours - Possibility to work from abroad (limited) - Limited working from home - Free coffee and drinks - Regular events and get-togethers

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Very poor pay, unable to live in city of employment - Significant worker turnover - No workers council despite having 1,000+ employees - Fake career opportunities, inventing positions with no significant difference - Uses all the excuses of supposedly being a start-up (young, need to learn) and all the excuses of being "too big" (very slow with change) - Prefers short-term profits over user experience and retainment - Pretends to be inclusive while C-level diversity is close to zero - No flexibility in working remotely despite being an almost zero-contact data job - Extremely traditionalist mindset - No discussions about major changes in the company

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Complete overhaul of the company, from the inside. Change upper management to one accepting of change that does not embrace the past. Pay significantly more, be more flexible in all areas and stop finding excuses for all the things Statista can't do.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Very veyr low pay, take home after taxes will NOT be enough to rent a place in Hamburg. All my colleagues that stay longer have very rich partners

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Filled with fake and pseudo promotions, you can get new titles regularly but no responsibilities

However, we would like to clarify some issues directly, as there seem to be some misunderstandings. In particular, we would like to address the following two points:

You mention that you don't like the fact that there is no works council at Statista despite the size of our company. That is correct. However, it is important to note that according to legislation, the initiative to elect a works council must come from the employees. If you would like to see a works council at Statista, you are welcome to take the initiative - we will of course be happy to support you in your efforts.

We would also like to clear up your statement that there is significant employee turnover. We understand that it can sometimes feel like that when several colleagues in your own department or team leave the company. However, we can assure you that our overall turnover rate at Statista is within the normal range and has hardly changed in recent years.
