Employees think the top management hates them. The top management thinks employees hate it. In fact, no one hates anyone. Everyone is motivated to work for the goals set and is working hard. There is a lot of miscommunication, including cultural.
This comes from the fact that top management mostly speaks to all employees as one group directly. There are no meetings in the format of top and middle management together. There is no room for middle management to get to learn the top management's reasons behind some decisions and mediate the two sides. Middle managers need to be involved more. They need to have 1:1 and group meetings with C-level, become one strong leadership team so that C-level has the middle management's back and the other way around.
The organization needs some healing. Some things need to be understood by both sides, and when this healing is done, so much more can be achieved.

I am happy to work for Statista. In this workplace I can manage my work in the time given and even do extra things and leave stress free after my 8 to 5 workday. The colleagues are all super nice and I have never heard a negative word about me
Kommunikation
I regularly receive updates from my supervisor and can always ask questions. 4 out of 5 because I would say some things differently but it's not a big deal as long as I get the information
