A great company slowly destroyed by visionless “leaders”
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We all know that the company hasn’t been doing well. We hear it constantly since two years. But it’s obvious that the people at the top have no clue what they are doing. The new CEO, a self-proclaimed Elon Musk superfan, is promising miracles and delivering nothing. The head of revenue seems stuck shouting the word bowtie at everyone but he doesn’t know what teams work for him. So sad to see this happen to our company because it used to be such a good place to work.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working atmosphere has been getting worse since new management came in. Doesn’t help that we all feel that we could get fired tomorrow.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salaries at Statista are very low compared to similar positions in other companies. Especially for a city such as Hamburg.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are the only reason why most of us are still here.
Kommunikation
Communication from the top down is dreadful. People get a company-wide email saying mandatory meeting tomorrow morning, then in the last two minutes we get told some people will get an email announcing they are fired.
