Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Top management seems to be having a vision and needs to be communicated to the employees.
The courses offered in-house are useful and very well structured.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of professionalism in supervisors.
No leadership skills.
Sweeping conflicts under the rug without resolving it.
Salary is way below industry standards.
Promotion not based on performance and productivity.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Please do put in checks and balances in place for supervisors and managers. There is a high degree groupism and favouritism that is making the teams weaker in productivity and quality. You need to identify your strong players not just by the words of supervisors but numbers. Data quality is very low. Word out here is the statista lacks quality and is not for deriving any insights.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Two stars only because of supportive colleagues across the departments. Groupism and favouritism very common with no real recognition for performance. Inexperienced leadership with no checks and balances in place for their assessment by the team.

Kommunikation

Communication is top down. Requirements are communicated clearly but lacks interpretation of ideas and critical thinking.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Most of the colleagues are very friendly and helpful but when it comes to discussing work there is lack of professionalism especially with leaders/supervisor.

Work-Life-Balance

This is the only reason I worked with this company for long. Even though salaries are low, way below industry standards, the working hours have been flexible.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Complete lack of professionalism and leadership skills. Maybe chosen with no experience or training on leadership. Which is made worse by no means of communicating the problems with the leadership to the management. Favouritism plays a major role here, demotivating the entire team and also hampering their career progress due to unfair assessment of productivity.

Interessante Aufgaben

There are many interesting tasks but you can only be assigned to it by your supervisor and the same story repeats again if you are part of the group.

There is a high level of equality in this place as compared to my previous employments.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Not many older colleagues as this place pays too low and not much of a career growth it's mostly youngsters who join here for a start up experience even though the culture does not exist as such and leave after gaining a year or two of experience.

Arbeitsbedingungen

There is a lack of proper equipments for making the atmosphere comfortable(fans or coolers in summer) other than good equipments for working (computers and desks).

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Not much has been done on this front.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is a joke. You would be earning more easily in another company after a year of experience here.

Since they have a great brand building team the image is great. But the quality of their products low due to the fact that people keep leaving due to low salary and there is no contentment in job due to unfair assessment of productivity.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Like I said career zero in the company. But thanks to the initiative of providing workshops and courses within the organisation helps you build a decent profile for stepping into another company. As even actively participating in courses offered in-house does not help in your growth within the organisation.
