There are certainly interesting tasks here, but they are only given to older members or are taken by force by those older members

It is loud, toilets reek often and constant telephone noise.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is a real joke. Also vacation is far below industry standard and there are no 13 / 14 th salary. There is supposed to be a bonus system, but managment lies every year to reduce it as much as possible
