Challenging experience with inconsistent communication and sudden termination

Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere initially appeared positive, but over time became increasingly uncertain and tense. Particularly after the Kurzarbeit period, the environment felt unstable and difficult to rely on.

The company promotes openness and transparency. However, my experience was that internal processes and decisions did not always reflect this consistently.
Work-Life-Balance
Generally manageable, but in practice certain situations (e.g. urgent personal leave) were handled in a rigid way that added avoidable pressure and grievances.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Although there was strong support in addressing project-specific technical challenges, structured opportunities for broader professional development remained limited throughout the employment period. Further education initiatives were effectively paused during the Kurzarbeit period.

Salary adjustments during employment were not always clearly aligned with role expectations, which created challenges.

Colleagues were supportive and professional. Team collaboration was a clear positive aspect.

Supervisor behavior lacked consistency. Feedback was not structured, and decisions at later stages felt abrupt and difficult to reconcile with earlier communication.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The general work environment was initially acceptable, although hardware performance was often limiting. Following the abrupt Kurzarbeit announcement in 2025, the overall situation deteriorated noticeably. Over time, working conditions became increasingly unpredictable, particularly regarding processes and expectations.
Kommunikation
Communication was inconsistent. While transparency was emphasized, expectations and feedback were often informal and not clearly documented, making it difficult to understand one’s standing.
Gleichberechtigung
No direct issues observed, but decision-making processes did not always appear consistent across situations.
Interessante Aufgaben
The technical work was initially engaging and meaningful. Over time, however, the scope and pace of development decreased.
