Amazing company - however some room for improvements

Naturally will depend on the department. But in general I experience a great, open, international working atmosphere.
Kommunikation
Fair and transparent communication is a top priority. Very regular townhall and round table calls allow every employee to contribute his or her opinion and to learn about the status of current projects. Transparency is really being felt here.
Work-Life-Balance
Okay, but possibilities such as flextime, more home office and generally more flexibility would be welcome. Especially after Covid the company should tackle such challenges and stick to the benchmark!
On the other hand: I have rarely experienced a company where you see so few people in the office after 4/5 pm. Many have kids, and a good work-life balance seems possible in this case.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Also in this case - completely dependent on the team. Some people shine here, others should still work hard on themselves. Annoyance and personal stress should never projected on the own employees - sadly experienced this a few times while being at Stokke. Cultural differences also sometimes create conflict potential.
Interessante Aufgaben
Incredibly interesting tasks. Fast-moving times in the company, fantastic products, the brand is loved like never before. We can be proud to work here and to contribute to the creation of great things. Although Stokke has been around for so long, we seem to be just at the beginning!
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Sorry Stokke, but: POOR. Many long-time colleagues have been fired recently and fluctuation is generally high. There are very few "older" employees. Here you must do better!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sustainability is becoming more and more important in the company.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Industry standard, but not region standard. Could be more! Also very performance dependent.

Incredibly good image. The products are loved, and that is our achievement - even after all this time still a good reason to proudly go to work every single day!
