Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great international atmosphere and people, with a lot of social activities and events.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Due to the size of the company, career options are somewhat limited
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary could be higher
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Thanks to the many events that are held through the year, we are all very close. Since you of course cannot love and be loved by everyone: only 4 stars.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company direction isn't always the clearest.
Kommunikation
Even though it has improved lately, communication still needs to become smoother than it currently is.
Gleichberechtigung
Most of the negative reviews I have seen here most likely are from the Customer Service. I think it doesn't reflect all the departments there are, or the company as a whole.
It surely makes me think that not all departments feel they are treated the same as I am.
