HR needs to act and stop replying to these comments with the same sentence. What needs to be done is to support everyone and not only the "close" people.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Please Korean and Norway Chief Officers. We need someone locally who actually cares about all employees and not only support the good "friends" to change positions in the company. It all start with the people who do the bottom job.

Only positive thing I can mention. My colleagues in the team stay together and help each other.

Work-Life-Balance

Here the point is to close as many cases as possible no matter what or you will be put in the bad employees list. Overtime is not payed.

Superficial. I have seen that when they don't want you anymore they will make sure to push you to leave.

Interessante Aufgaben

Doing the same over and over again. No one listens to possible improvements.
And yes I have spoken about it in 1-to-1 and open meetings. Please do not come with this "recommendation" when giving HR feedback.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I´m going to say it directly. It is very low but I need the money right now.
No vacation, no holiday money.
30 days to take but it is bad seen if you take more than 2 weeks in a row.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback.
We regret that you see many things in our company so negatively.

However, we are happy to comment publicly on some of your points here in order to guarantee full transparency.

First of all we hope that you have used one of the many workshops around employee feedback, that we have held in all departments over the past weeks to voice your feedback. We are aware of our weaknesses and are always striving to improve. If you shared your feedback during the workshops, it will now be with the relevant people for review.

We would however also like to add something to some of your statements from above for clarification.

Its correct that no vacation or christmas bonus apply, however a performance based bonus is provided instead. 30 days of vacation are provided and its nothing negative to take more than 2 weeks in a row.

Last but not least, worked overtime (which is supposed to be avoided) is supposed to be replaced with leisure time, where not possible it of course is paid.

We would very much like to know more about the motives behind your review and would be pleased if you would contact us directly.

We are always interested in optimizing our processes and will gladly incorporate your feedback
