Our international and intercultural working environment characterizes us as a company and employer. Diversity moves us forward - but can slow down processes and decisions under certain circumstances.
Regarding career and training, it is always our aim to develop and promote our own employees whenever there are operational possibilities. For instance, all recently vacant promotion opportunities were successfully filled internally.
We are also currently working to improve our environmental and social awareness, and we hope you will recognize our efforts in this area. Many initiatives are driven by CSR, but we also want to be more socially involved within the community, for example with this year's Christmas donation campaign in cooperation with the Tafel in Bergwinkel.
We know there is always more room for improvement.
