Role as Biologe or MTL in Synlab MVZ is only good for an year or so, not a carrier.

1- Einarbeitung plan should be structured so that a colleague get into work smoothly. Do not do it as favor to employee, it is in your favor.
2- Minimum 4300 Brutto for this kind of work. Else people will continue leaving.
3- Hire more people to make quality better and work quicker.
4- Create diversity, bring more men, more diverse background to make a "buddy environment". There was a block of people who speak only German, then there are one who speak eastern language (EE), if I try to speak English, I get notice in written to talk in German.

ist okaish. nicht perfect. There is alot of work, what makes it difficult are few colleagues.

When I joined them as Biologe, with 3 years experience I was offered 3000 Brutto per year, and in same line they said it will stay same for 2 years. I mean bare minimum.

Colleagues help you atleast in initial months. But you cannot depend on them for long. In fact you cannot trust any one
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very bad. Old colleagues and sometimes less younger colleagues (EE as said above) are very difficult to talk to.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Older colleagues are only cooperative during initial months, then they treat you super rude. Then there are less-senior colleagues (aged 35-45 from Eastern EU, lets call them EE), they behave like they are doing you some favor if they teach u something.
